Well, after much consideration and angst, we decided that we needed more crew to handle the boat. Marina had made a Christmas wish for a new brother---

So here is our new Skipper!

On January 27, we drove (7 hours) to Detroit and picked up this cute little guy, who was born on November 18. He's been a very good boy from the first night in the hotel room. We were a little worried about how Marina would react but she has been great with him. Once in a while he needs some "correction" and sometimes she hides in the lcoset or jumps up on a chair to get away from him but for the most part, she seems to enjoy him and she is a lot more active. The keys were a gift from Auntie Sue and they have become the favorite toy. marina likes to take one key in her mouth and dangle the others at Skipper-when he takes the bait, she goes after him!!

This is Auntie Sue and Marina's friend Cody. Cody visited with us for a week back in September and made us feel much better about adding to our family. He will also be staying with us in April when his parents go on vacation.

Skipper is a big help around the house!

The first picture was taken on January 28 and the second one on February 12. he's growing fast! And the third one on March 5. 

We sure hope is as good a boater as Marina has been. We will take him on some trips this summer to show him the ropes. Stay tuned for more pictures as he grows up.
