It is a tradition for us to have a Christmas party every year, where we gather neighbors, boat friends and other friends for a celebration. We missed this last year because we were in Key West so we were very excited to renew this annual event. As always, mys sister Nancy and friends Mike and Sandy came to help with the preparations and clean up. We've had a lot of snow already-about 14 inches-so Mike and Oliver spent a couple of hours clearing the driveway and walkways. We had many people who have attended the party for years but some new faces as well. We were especially pleased that Pat and Bill Wilkinson were able to come all the way from Iowa!  They are boating friends and everyone was so pleased to see them. My nied Libby and her fiance Dave also were able to join us. Oliver reports that the "drink of the year" seemed to be his excellent flavored martinis!!  We had a great time and thank all our friends for coming to the party.

What's Christmas without Santa Claus? Marina dressed up on Thursday (her birthday) to deliver some cookies to her good friends at the Little Animal Hospital.
